  I didn't eat all day and did a last minute delivery an hour before they closed and who ever they had doing the delivery just put everything on the ground outside my door. Not even in a bag. I even tipped which I'd take that back if I could. ☹️

  I've never had a bad experience over 5+ years until last tonight! Unfortunately I can not give zero stars or I would. I called this location because the two batches of chicken I ordered was not cooked well done. I called & spoke to Jacob (whom said he was the manager) to simply let him know about my order (never asked for a refund). He was VERY Unprofessional & Rude!!!! Jacob "As the manager" hung up in my face twice so I drove to the location. You don't play with people, their food or their hard earned money!!! I will NEVER order from Dominos again!!! Customer Service Training is definitely needed especially if you possess a leadership role. The only person that had sense enough to apologize was Dustin, so thank you Dustin & I appreciate you.

  I ordered a pizza on 10/4. When I got back to work I called this location and told the guy the answered the phone they forgot to put a topping on my pizza. He stated that he would give me a free pizza and all I had to do was give the store my phone number. Today I called the store and a guy answered (I should have gotten his name). I explained the above situation and he said there was no information attached to my phone number or any note left saying I was to receive a free pizza. He asked what I ordered I told him. He then state my last order was in August I told him no it was not and I have the receipt from 10/ 4. He said he does care and proceed to be very rude would not let me speak. I hung up. I will not be ordering anything else from this location or Dominos very poor customer service attached my receipt.

  I called 35 minutes ahead to place an order kept being put on hold I finally made it to the location standing in the window being put on hold three people in there laughing and joking and not doing much of anything and I live 5 minutes away and I always order there it's just like the fifth time this has happened wow that's what you get for hiring high School grads with no management under them
