- JLJackson LeTrellMar 30, 20261.0Unacceptable Service at Tropical Smoothie – Fire This Employee Immediately I visited Tropical Smoothie on Monday, March 30 around 7:30 PM and the service was absolutely terrible. The employee had extreme attitudes and clearly didn’t want to be there. They messed up my order multiple times. When I asked them to remake it, the brown-haired lady was by far the worst. She was extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. She told me to place the wrong smoothie on the counter, then got mad and had a fit when I didn’t throw it in the trash myself. The smoothies were only halfway filled, tasted like watered-down junk, and the cups were dirty. This level of service is disgusting and unacceptable. The brown-haired employee needs to be fired right away. I will not be returning and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this location, especially in the evenings.

While I was waiting for my order, the tall guy asked the attitude girl with long light brown hair, “Do you want to handle this one?” Rolling her eyes, she replied, “It depends if it’s going to make me even madder than I already am.” Imagine saying that about a customer out loud while they’re standing right there. This place has treated customers like an inconvenience since day one. The management attitude trickles down to the entire staff, and it shows. CLEAN HOUSE! Tropical Smoothie Café is capable of doing much better, but this location clearly isn’t it. Honestly, I’ve had better service at a Walmart self-checkout. 💀 These reviews speak volumes! Same complaints about the same girl, but she's still there, making customers uncomfortable. 🤮 Save yourself the frustration and go to the North Port location.
