  The bus dropped me off here at 9 am. Staff was very kind, had no problem that I had a few bags with me while I ate my breakfast. The outlets for phone chargers were so wonderful. I love this McD's!!!

  Waited inside for 20 minutes . Order not called so I went to the front . When I asked if my order was done yet, the worker walked to the back. 3 minutes later the masher said my order was skipped . Won’t be back again

  The staff doesn't even come to the counter. They have this ignore them and they will just use the kiosks mentality. I have just sat here and watched several folks walk out after being ignored at the service counter. Terrible service model. On another note: the amount of ants everywhere is rather alarming. This store needs help in many aspects. I'll stick with Culvers next time.

  A young woman at the counter did a mix up by paid with 100-dollar Bill and she counted my money back wrong. They told me I had to wait till the next day for the manager to come in but instead of waiting for the next day the manager came in that night check the cameras counted the money called me personally told me they found my money.. Not only did I get my money back but she had the employee sincerely apologize for miscounting my money and offered me a free meal which I didn't want to take the apology was more than enough.. But most of all she taught that young employee a lesson in being humble and respectful and how to handle and de-escalate a situation... This woman was amazing and I will eat there any day of the week
