  We ordered a family meal, when they said "Go to the third window" we did but they forgot about us. It took them 1 hour to give it to us and it was cold.

  Waited 15 minutes for our food in the drive thru. Bought 6 breakfast meals. Did not receive any hash browns and there was a hair in one of the sandwiches. Will definitely not return.

  Let me start by saying Freddy is fantastic. I ordered on the app and when I got through the speaker and past the first window, I was asked to pull forward . I told the young lady I ordered ahead of time and shouldn't have to pull forward. She said we're making your order fresh. Understood. I pulled forward to wait. The same girl brought my order and I asked if I could speak to a manager. She was very polite, I have to admit she probably thought I was mad. I wasn't, I just wanted to express to the manager that if I order ahead of time on your app, the whole point is no waiting, I shouldn't need to pull forward and watch 4 cars go by behind me..Then came Freddy to the window, what a gem, one of the nicest guys I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. (It's a tough job, I managed Fast food in the 80's and 90's. If you think it's easy, give it a try.) I told him I just wanted to express my feelings on using the app and then having to wait after others anyway. Was it a huge deal? No, but if the app is set up for you to save time and doesn't work, someone needs to know. He was amazing, I told him to tell the young lady that she handled me perfectly. When I got home I called the store to express my gratitude for how they dealt with me. A+ customer service. I told him I was going to leave a 5 star review for them, so here it is. Thank you both and see you again soon.

  Tired of ordering from this store. In the past 6 months or so I've order multiple times from this mcdonalds and 4/5 orders will be missing items or extra add-ons. Plus management is a joke. An employee with black shirt and hat/visor proceeds to hand my three teas without a drink carrier. When I request one she gives me a missed off attitude before going to get it, then they proceed to give me all my meals, but not my one milkshake that I purchased. Im tired of this location and prob done with mcdonalds especially when their own ceo does not like thier own "food" and proceeds to call it a product instead of food.

  This McDonald’s is barely functional. No one came to the counter after waiting for at least 5, maybe 10 minutes without any employee acknowledging us. So decided to order from the kiosk, but it was broken and said go to the counter to pay. So we waited at the counter again until someone walked up with a to go order and we were finally able to get someone to acknowledge us. McDonald’s employees were mostly confused and we had to ask multiple times to ensure our order was actually submitted and being worked on. Don’t bother going inside of this McDonalds, they only know how to handle drive through.
