  Twice now I've ordered in the last 3 months, and both times it's taken an hour or more to receive. Also, it always gets pushed to door dash. Garbage service,Subject par pizza, Papa John's! Edit: Ordered at 9pm. Its now 10:23pm. No pizza. Tried to call store, calls are handled by an Indian Call center. They transferred me to the store which never answered the phone & then hung up.

  Absolutely outstanding experience at Papa John's! From the moment I placed my order to the first bite, everything was perfect. The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The crust was soft on the inside with the perfect crisp on the outside, and the flavors were spot on. Customer service was just as impressive — friendly, professional, and efficient. My order was ready on time, and everything was exactly as requested. It’s clear they care about quality and customer satisfaction.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I placed a pickup order through the DoorDash app at 10:41 PM. The store’s posted closing time is 11:00 PM. My order was accepted and my credit card was immediately charged. When I arrived at the store, the manager first told me the order had already been picked up. When I clarified that I was picking up my own personal order, he then changed his explanation and said they “couldn’t make it” because it was too close to closing time — despite the store still being open for approximately 20 more minutes and the order being only a small pizza. No one called or contacted me to say they would not be making the order. I drove there expecting food that had already been paid for and left with nothing. I was guaranteed in person that my $17 refund would be processed. Fifteen days later, I still do not have the refund. I will now be disputing this charge with my credit card company. Accepting orders, charging customers, then refusing to make the food and failing to issue the promised refund is unacceptable. Customers ordering close to closing time should be aware that orders may not be honored. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

  The first time I ordered from them, they gave me somebody else's food. On top of my own and then came back to pick it up so they could deliver it to them. Tonight I ordered off the papa johns website and they have doordash deliver for them. When the driver gets here, he doesn't have my dr. pepper he says there was no soda on the order. I call papa john's they say, there's not much they can do except write a note for next time.And I can get a soda then I asked if they could send someone out with my soda, they said no I asked for a refund on the soda portion they said no. Such awful customer service. All I wanted was my money back tonight for what I ordered and did not receive.

  Idiots. Ordered 10 pizzas as I do every year for our event. This year told I have to order 24 hours in advance. I am trying to order 10 pizzas 5 hours in advance. Said ok 9 pizzas. Very nasty harried employee said would make an exception this time and charged our card $192. Later another employee called and canceled our order saying we had tried to manipulate the system. I just wanted 10 pizzas 5 hours in advance and was made to feel like I had done something wrong by ordering them. Don't buy Pizza from these fools!
