You shouldn’t be going 20+mph into this environment, just to deliver your order. Even being 20 minutes late. Safety is a big thing, and the Sarasota County Sheriff sitting at the ER bay had asked us if he should go out there and pull you over… that was unacceptable. We thought you may have been someone bringing a patient that’s dying. As for the food, we can tell how you were driving on the road because everything was everywhere, and the sandwiches were smashed or smeared in their packaging. The soups leaked as well.. This isn’t directed towards everyone at the shop, but that driver caused this review. The food was mainly room temp, guessing because it was delivered with other orders, but aside from that, we’re all eating it… please do better and I hope management or corporate corrects that individual. If that’s how they drive on the road, they might soon be a patient of ours. Hope you all have safe and happy holidays…
