We have waited 47 minutes for a “10-15 minute wait”. Management needs to do better, this is embarrassing. Update: we have been seated at the table for 40 minutes, and only have received bread and salad. I hope they have more chefs than servers on shift today. Also, it is freezing in here. My hands are freezing and my stomach is empty.

Also couldn't get her to come and bring my wife's dessert. We paid for it anyway and left without it. She did finally come by as we were leaving and asked if I wanted the tea to go. I told her no,we had had quite enough from there. We are disappointed that we received such bad service. A$50 meal with 10 cent service. We WONT be back to outback!
