- TET E6 days ago1.0The lady working the drive thru was extremely rude. I was not. I simply asked for my re bbq sauce for a 20 piece meal. I know that you can get 4 sauces. She was very rude after I had to go in reverse to pay at the previous window when the employee was not there. I was not ever rude. She didn’t need to be so snarky.

They told me I had to wait till the next day for the manager to come in but instead of waiting for the next day the manager came in that night check the cameras counted the money called me personally told me they found my money.. Not only did I get my money back but she had the employee sincerely apologize for miscounting my money and offered me a free meal which I didn't want to take the apology was more than enough.. But most of all she taught that young employee a lesson in being humble and respectful and how to handle and de-escalate a situation... This woman was amazing and I will eat there any day of the week
