November 13th ,Thursday nite at 845 , they didn't like to see customers close to closing went through drive thru drove out of my way to try the new toasted sandwich and they told me the toaster broke 10 minutes ago , Really are you kidding me. Im a reward member and will never go there again , thanks jimmy johns

Typical JJ’s. Decent food but service was a bit slower than normal. Also, it took them over a couple of minutes to acknowledge I was standing there which is very unlike JJ’s.
