Just called this location because they messed up my order and one of their line cooks wrote my name down and promised that I can come back and get a new burger being that I paid almost $15. Well, I called today and the manager said that they don’t honor that and that they’ll train their employees better. I’ll never come back to this location again. Ruined my lunch.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
