Unfortunately, it was the worst customer service I’ve encountered in my 11 years of living in Florida. The cashier was extremely unfriendly — no “good morning,” no “thank you,” no telling me the total, nothing. When he handed me my latte, he didn’t say a word, just stared at me with so much hostility that it genuinely made me uncomfortable. I have never experienced anything like this from customer service staff. On top of that, he handled my donuts without gloves, napkins, or tongs — just with his bare hands, which was honestly shocking. My one star is for a “good deed”: after this visit, I think I officially dislike donuts now… especially Dunkin’ donuts.
