  I come to this location all the time and am usually fairly satisfied but something was WAY off today and I sure hope it’s a one-time one thing. We ordered an egg & cheese croissant, avocado toast, small vanilla coolatta no whipped cream and medium iced matcha latte made with almond milk. We waited at the window for a long time then what we got was coolatta with whipped cream that they removed when questioned, iced latte that they remade to iced matcha latte but ended up small not medium, egg & cheese on two English muffin bottoms not croissant, and smallest piece of avocado toast I have ever seen there that was so hard I had to be careful not to break a tooth. No exaggeration. Basically they got none of our order right! I would have gone back to complain in person except we took our order and left to eat it elsewhere.

  Ordered a sandwich with American cheese and got white cheddar. The croissant was burnt. The hash brown were cold. And no one was attentive to me at all, didn't say welcome, or how can I help you. Nothing.

  Went through the drive-through and was greeted promptly and the young lady was courteous. Always have a good experience with this Dunkin donuts 🍩

  I came to this location probably a half hour before closing. I asked for a peppermint mocha hot chocolate and there were two young guys working and they're both laughing and as I'm pulling away they're still looking out the window laughing and I'm really afraid to drink this hot chocolate. I tried calling back to talk to somebody and nobody answers the phone there. I called several times but needless to say I'm not drinking this hot chocolate. I feel like someone did something to it and that's why they're laughing and giggling and looking out the window as I'm pulling away it just doesn't make any sense I seriously do not trust the fact that they did not do something to this drink

  Don't come here unless you're okay with your order being wrong, and only use the Drive Thru. I went in to get some breakfast, I'm never upset with a wait until everyone who came in after me with bigger orders somehow get all their food before me. The only employee to actually have some professionalism would be the Cashier at the time, a boy with black hair and blonde tips. The only person to apologize and take accountability for everyone else's behavior. Not even the manager was aware of anything. One employee came to ask another person what they were waiting on, and I guess I was foolish to assume that after they assisted them they would assist me. I was wrong, he just kept looking past me as I was there waiting for another 10 minutes... got my 1st drink and had to wait another 30 minutes for the 2nd one. To which they "lost" the ticket for? I dont know why they told me that, its the not inanimate objects fault. It got thrown out by the girl who didnt read the order right and made a singular coffee, instead of the 2... They have 0 accountability. I feel sorry for this location, it already has a 3 star rating, and thats honestly just giving then way too much credit than they deserve. I blame this on management because they should have the ability to train and educate their employee to be better than this. And considering the other reviews she's not exactly a ray of sunshine. I feel sorry for all of them.
