- JFJoshua FreemanApr 4, 20262.0Waited 30 minutes in drive thru for 2 kids meals. Apparently they don’t serve fried food because, “we are changing the fry oil?” At 6:30pm, on a Saturday night. Very unprofessional, whoever owns this building is losing out on lots of money.

The workers were yelling across the store and loudly talking about personal stuff, like one of them going on a date with the new girl. At one point, I even heard someone say, “I’m gonna need you to fight someone,” which made the whole place feel uncomfortable. The service was just as bad as the atmosphere. The staff seemed confused about how to run the drive-thru and didn’t appear to know how to properly use the machines for Blizzards, ice cream, or toppings. Because of that, my family’s entire order was made wrong. Overall, it felt disorganized, chaotic, and not at all what you expect when you go out for a simple treat. Definitely not a good experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.
