    First it was very cold in there. When we got home the fries were not cooked, and things were left out of the order.

    Absolutely the worst, went in to order two chicken bacon and Swiss sandwiches, potato cakes, fries and a drink to go. Not busy when I ordered, a few people came in afterward. After I got my drink I stood there waiting for the food 22 mins, people that came in after got their orders. There are four people behind the counter no excuse, when someone heard me curse under my breath, I got a sorry didn't realize your order wasn't given. The food was cold, chicken beyond dried out like eating a piece of leather. Come on Arby's, home of the meats indeed horrible
