Today, a little while ago, I was ordering through the McDonald's app. When I got to the drive-thru, I said I had ordered online, and she didn't seem to understand because when I went to the window, she told me I had to go back to the drive-thru and order again, even though I was already there and could have been served. She was incredibly rude. Please check the security cameras because with employees like that, you'll lose customers. She even got upset that I don't speak English. en el dia de hoy hace un momento estuve ordenando por la app de mcdonal cuando llegue al drive tru dije que havia ordenado online y ella no me entendio parece por q cuando pace a la ventanilla me dijo que tenia que volver a pasar por el dry tru y ordenar cuando ya estaba ahi h podia atenderme todo con una groceria revisen las camaras por que con empleados asi perderan clientes y ademas se molesto de que no habla ingles

The black manager is VERY rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She shouldn't be working with the public, and definitely isn't manager material.

Their management team needs lessons on how to properly & competently run a business, including and especially when it comes to making sure their posted business hours are to-the-second accurate. Opening late & closing early is nothing new here, I've seen it occurring for a few years now. Customer service could also be friendlier, the lobby cleaner & orders more accurate with no missing items. Whenever I'm near Brandon, I often go to the one further down Brandon Blvd closer to I-75 because of the lousy dining experience here.

Food was completely ruined to the point I just threw everything away. The young lady on the intercom taking my order was speaking to me as if I was bothering her. Nothing ever changes for the good at this location. What a waste of money and time.
