Everything on the line is old and dried out. I ask for fresh. I’m told the dinner rush is over. It’s almost closing time. They want to use up the old stuff before opening new food especially since it’s close to closing. (Which is 9 in 3 more hours.) When business falls off, this is why.

The employees were upbeat and friendly. However, the entire restaurant was disgustingly dirty food everywhere garbage everywhere the soda station there was water on the floor, ice overflowing in the machine. It was a complete mess. Of course I don't blame the staff. I do know that it is the upper management or whomever is doing the schedule. How could you schedule only three people on a busy Sunday afternoon if it weren't for my kids who were set on getting chipotle today I would've walked right out. The store manager needs to do better! I'm only giving two stars because my service was good.

She yelled and cursed at an employee who was clearly doing his best while working alone as both the cashier and server. Despite the situation, the employee stayed calm and professional the entire time. Management really needs to treat their staff with more respect — no one should be spoken to like that in front of customers. Tables were also very dirty.
