  I can see why this location has a low rating. Service was definitely sub par. Got my usual. Chicken bowl. Rice was clumpy, chicken a little old, Tons of employees but lack of service made no sense. First person I encounter was cleaning the prep area without coving the ready to serve food. Some things he was wiping up I did see fall into the food. Rag didn't look very sanitary. After cleanup proceeded to prep my food without changing gloves... Food safety issue, cross contamination etc... After my food was ready stood at the counter for at least 3 to 5 mins before someone came to ring me up. Mind you it was slow... Management really needs to take a closer look at this location and snap it into shape. As a business owner myself I understand the importance of the businesses appearance and services rendered so I don't right this 2 star review with pleasure but as an opportunity for them to fix the issues and do better. Thanks. I still love Chipotle this store just needs improvement, or perhaps the shift. I was there at 5pm ish 3/31/26.

  Every time I go here, I get less and less chicken in my burrito. I even have to ask for more rice and beans because it looks like they get a bonus for the smallest portions given out.

  One of the best experiences I've had with fast food. There was a family in front of me. Young black lady came from back, EYE CONTACT, immediately asked how she could help, no mumbling, no attitude for leaving one duty to assist else where. I asked for a veggie bowl. She asked if I wanted tofu and avocado she didn't "assume" I didn't want it just because I chose " veggie". She fixed my plate, pushed it down. She got ready to walk away. Realized the cashier that had rang the family up infront walked away. She came back, bagged my food and rung me up. No attitude in body language. She showed great TEAM WORK, PROFESSIONSLISM AND COURTEOUS. I left out and came back in. I realized I dropped something. Most would act like they don't see you and assume you are back to complain. She immediately acknowledged me and walked towards the counter from washing the table in cooking area. I informed her I dropped something and didn't need anything. * I appreciate her service above and beyond for fast food. I wish I'd asked her name. 2/17/2026 1:38pm 1812 East Highway 60 Chipotle.
