  The staff here literally harass you for not staying inside the play area with your child. My son is 10yrs old and is a gentle child and plays gentle with others. So I sat outside the play area at a table right in FRONT of the see-through windows and watched him play from there. But that’s not enough for them, a staff approach me and told me I had to be in there with him. So I stepped inside and sat in there to be with him. But then I had to use the bathroom and came back to the same table to drink my drink THAT I CANT TAKE IN THE PLAY AREA due to rules, which is understandable. And while drinking my drink, the same lady approached me again and wouldn’t leave me alone because I wasn’t in the play area with my child (ARE YOU SERIOUS)?? How am I supposed to enjoy a meal when I can’t even enjoy it!!! This is the only Chick-fil-A that has this stickler rule. The same lady went up to a father who had two kids the same age playing with my son—that father got pissed, took his kids out and left all his trash on the table for her to pick up. I left as well and left very upset. Our homeschool groups met here one time only and decided never to come back again. If we know how our kids play and we’re keeping an eye on them FROM THE SEE-THROUGH WINDOWS (because you have that there for a reason) then what’s the difference??? I kick myself in the butt for having to come back to this Chick-fil-A. Never again.

  Today I had an excellent experience thanks to Arlette, a director at Chick-fil-A. During my visit , the restaurant was extremely busy with many teenagers who had gotten out of school early from a nearby high-school, yet she ensured that every customer was served promptly and efficiently. What stood out most was her commitment to customer service. Arlette took the time to walk through the dining area, personally greeting guests and checking to ensure everyone was satisfied. Her attentiveness and professionalism made a lasting impression. This was my first time dining in at Chick-fil-A store#03642, and based on this experience, I will certainly return. I will also be recommending this location to family and friends. Chick-fil-A would greatly benefit from having more leaders like Arlette. Thank you, Arlette, for going above and beyond. You were amazing!!!!!!

  SO IM AN CHICK-FIL-A LOVER BUT AFTER TODAY MAY NEED TO SWITCH UP ... I ORDERED 12 NUGGETS AND AN DRINK ASK FOR LITE SUPOOSIVELY AN "ARNOLD PALMOR" WELL ILL TELL YOU THIS I ENDED UP WITH 10 CUBES OF ICE IN A CUP FULL OF ONLY WARM TEA???LIKE FIRST OFF ITS NOT WHAT I ORDERED SECONDLY WHAT IS 10 CUBES OF ICE SUPPOSE TO DO IN A GALLON OF WARM TEA? THEN I ASKED VERY NICE TO DISGUARD AN CUP WHICH ISNT OR SHOULDNT BE AN ISSUE..BUT WAS TOLD ITS CHICK-FIL-A POLICY TO NOT DISGUARD TRASH INSIDE THE INSIDE TRASH? LIKE , IVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN POLICY AND WOULD LIKE TO SEE THAT NOW FROM CHICK-FIL-A CORPORATE OFFICE ..WELL , THIS IS ONE LOCATION ILL NEVER GO BACK TOO...NEGATIVE 10 STARS FOR ME WORST LOCATION IVE BEEN
