  The guy who is the manager at this place right now is awesome. I have multiple days where I’m getting a smoothie right as they open at 7 AM, and this guy is punctual, super friendly, and makes a good smoothie. Appreciate his hard work and what he does to make this place good. Highly recommend.

  I am a fairly regular customer at this location, until today. I placed an online order (as I always do) and when I arrived 15 minutes later they told me they were out of the ingredients to make my requested smoothie. While not ideal, it’s not the end of the world and I told them to cancel the order and refund it back to my credit card as every smoothie I would want included those ingredients. Instead, they told me they don’t have the ability to cancel or refund online orders and I have to do it through the website. The website contains no ability to cancel or refund and order and their staff was not able to assist me in anyway. By not cancelling it from their side I am unable to receive an immediate refund. Instead I’m told I can attempt to contact corporate, and they will try and get me a phone number (which they never did). If you operate a business and you cannot complete an order it is ON YOU as the business to cancel that order. Additionally, I would have appreciated a phone call (since you collect my number when I order) to let me know you don’t have the ingredients and either offer to make a different smoothie or cancel it. Waiting until I have already driven over to the location to tell me you not only can’t make it but also can’t give me my money back is absurd. Will be filing a complaint with corporate, the FTC for fraud and my credit card company. Absolutely appalling behavior for a business. Congrats on losing a local customer.

  Perfect smoothies here. When we go to any Tropical Smoothie, we always order our smoothies from the old menu. This location gave us outstanding smoothies even though it was their first time making those ( Health Nut and Chocolate Chiller).

  Today was my first time in in probably a couple years previously. I didn't really love the menu, but there were some new additions I got the peanut Paradise. It was a lot higher calorie than what I wanted at the time but I was using it as a meal replacement which I'm sure was what this was designed for. It was totally delicious. The lady who greeted me and took my order was fantastic. Went to the restroom came out. My smoothie was sitting on the table for me. The only thing that was a downer was because they weren't busy. The staff was back in the kitchen I came out and there was absolutely no trace of any napkins anywhere I get it. Smoothies aren't too terribly messy but it would have been nice to have a napkin on the way out. But I would definitely order this again and it's a great location if you're out shopping.
