  We had dinner this evening at the UTC location. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The food was fresh and so delicious as always and the service was above and beyond. We had Ethan L. as our server and we will continue to make the trip to this location to request him for all future visits. Ethan was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and we never had to ask him for anything he was on top of it. It's so refreshing to have wonderful service again. Thank you Ethan for a spectacular experience you made our night!!

  Once again Brittany knocked it out of the park! Her attention to detail and ability to make us feel like family is second to none. We shared the twin chops with Fettuccine & Sautéed Spinach as our sides… an extremely efficient fine dining experience! Brittany explained the seasoning and why it makes chops so good. We dine out regularly and can confidently confirm that the quality of food and service at this restaurant are very tough to match at twice the price. Yes, we are Rewards Members which makes it even that much better…tell em Tom & Joni sent you! Keep killing it Brittany and team Carrabba’s University Park!

  As Steven Wonder can see, Rocky clearly has powers that can cure cancer and defeat every Marvel villain. Food came out so quick that Sonic the Hedgehog asked for advice. The soup made Olive Garden contemplate bankruptcy. The service Rocky provided has Chick Fil A changing "my pleasure" to "please don't compare us to Carrabba's". The snowbirds couldn't ruin this fantastic experience we had today with their improper parking and packing our main roads traveling 10mph under the speed limit.   I visited Carrabbas today after a few years ,my boy wanted to visit Carrabas ,because we used to come here alot ,the on on (University Park way on Sarasota.) Iwas impressed on a good way ,the restaurant was packed, and we even waited for a table ( today is Tuesday)I don't remember the last time we so Carrabas that way. Our waitress ( Cristal ) was a very sweet girl ,take care of us right away, and the most important thing with a big smile, she really makes us fell welcome. The food was espectacular, and I really meant it, every single plate was fresh well done ,we felt like we were on a Michelin restaurant. I congratulate Carrabas for this amazing turnout, never was a bad place ,but We can tell you, now ,is another level.

  I had such an outstanding experience at Carrabba's Italian Grill, and it was all thanks to Rocky! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, lively, and incredibly welcoming. The restaurant had that perfect balance of energetic and cozy — you could feel that everyone there genuinely cared about creating a great experience. It wasn’t just dinner; it felt like being invited into someone’s home. Rocky truly went above and beyond. His service was attentive without being overbearing, friendly without feeling forced, and completely genuine. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made thoughtful recommendations that were absolutely spot-on. What really stood out was how he made us feel — comfortable, valued, and completely at ease. It’s rare to find someone who can make a restaurant feel like home, but Rocky did exactly that. One of the highlights of the evening was when he introduced us to the owner. That personal touch meant so much and showed just how much pride the team takes in their restaurant. It made the experience feel special and personal, not just another table being served. Between the incredible atmosphere, the exceptional service, and Rocky’s warm hospitality, this was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. If you visit Carrabba’s, ask for Rocky — you’ll leave feeling full, happy, and right at home!
