  Horrible experience wings over cooked, my daughter ordered onion rings they sent her French Fries. I ordered mozzarella sticks they forgot to bring them with my meal. I spoke to the Manager about it and he just stared at me and walked away. Can't make it up. Restaurant was run by kids thats where the problem starts. Will never eat there again. Emailed the company Noone even called me or emailed me back. BAD BAD BAD business

  Ordered food at 4:30pm. Got to the store at 6:10pm. Food was still not ready. Waiting in the store till 7:45 and still had not received my to-go order. The only reason I stayed for over an hour is because I had already payed online over 50 dollars and I could not find anyone who worked there who would cancel my order. Now it’s almost a week later… still haven’t got my money back. Sent an email to corporate…. Almost a week later they still haven’t messaged me back. So I was held hostage for over an hour at this location. Now they’re holding my money hostage. What a joke. Edit: finally got my update. Looks like it’s gonna be another 3-5 days lol. I got this automated A.I. response from corporate. Absolute master class on how to run a horrible business.

  *Edited to add: I wrote this review 11 hrs ago, and 9 hrs ago they replied with their standard response, judging by other comments. How about instead of having a Johnny-on-the-spot social media team, they put some of that effort into making their customers experience positive so they can write good reviews? Honestly, it seems like they need to clean house and start all over again. Review after review talks about poor service, cold food and the lack of professionalism across the board. How many reviews do they need before they start to make changes? Original: This place just can't get hot food to the table. The last 2 times I've been I've specifically asked for the fries/tots/etc to be HOT coming out and they've arrived barely warm. Sauce already congealed, sides soaked in grease because they've cooled. If I wanted to eat cold food, I'd get it to go and eat it at home. This time the onion rings had onion skins in there. Flavors are good, but this place can't get it together.

  Waited over 45 minutes on a weekday for cold food (sauce had literally congealed on the wings.) Watched the server give my food to another table and then she blamed it on another server, which made my table have to wait 20 more minutes for the rest of our food. Nobody in our section saw the server more than once every 30 minutes either. Took forever.
