  Jason P. Was excellent! It’s been a while since we’ve been out to a restaurant due to the lack of good customer service these days and might I say this was a wonderful decision to come to the Sarasota Bradenton location here in Florida! From the hostess to the additional helping servers to our very own personal server who was Jason we recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice family dinner that is delicious worth your money and an enjoyable relaxing time! 11/10 , Thank you!

  I haven't eaten at a Carrabba's in several years, and it was just as good as I remembered it to be. My wife and I had our two favorites: the Rigatoni Martino and the Chicken Bryan.

  Have been coming to this location for many years, we love it here!! The food is usually right on par and the service is usually great!! For many years now we try to get Jason as our server, he is excellent! Jason is very nice, kind, attentive and humorous, it’s always a pleasure to have him as a server! We do prefer this location on University over the other Sarasota location even though it’s a little further away!

  I came to Carrara’s for a Medicare seminar on Friday Feb 27, 2026 at 1pm. There was a good turnout for the seminar. The restaurant wasn’t real busy but it was steady. I got the Italian Sandwich with house salad. I must say the salad was very fresh and was delicious. The Italian sandwich was very good. I was very pleased with my meal at Carrabba’s. I wish I could remember the young man that served our group hopefully I find his name because he was great. The big question is, will I go back? Absolutely

  We recently visited Carrabba’s to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and overall, it turned into a nice evening despite a few bumps at the start. A couple things to note—happy hour has changed from 4–7 to 4–6 (a little disappointing, but understandable). The drinks were also a bit off from what we expected. The espresso martini wasn’t made with actual espresso, which felt unusual for an Italian restaurant, and the limoncello spritz was made with Aperol, which was a bit unexpected flavor-wise. That said, the service really turned things around. Our waitress was attentive and patient, especially since we had to wait for my sister who initially went to a different Carrabba’s. When a few concerns came up, the manager, Jason, stepped in and handled everything exceptionally well. He was kind, apologetic, and even personally brought out our bottle of wine, making sure we felt taken care of. The food did not disappoint as the Chicken Bryan is always a standout and consistently delicious. While the evening started off a little rocky, the team truly made the effort to turn things around, and we ended up having a very enjoyable birthday dinner. Great recovery and solid service when it mattered most.
