  The evening staff at this location do not seem to care about customers. The heavyset burger maker lacks the ability to read. Then when he makes a mistake cause of his inability to read he chooses to cut corners rather than remake it. The woman at the drive through pay window seems to always have an attitude towards female customers. It's wild that someone with food allergies has to CONSTANTLY have their food remade cause nobody wants to pay attention to the grill order and just make whatever they want. How hard is it to NOT put cheese on a burger?!?!

  Hands down the worst McDonald’s. Parked for 15 minutes to get uncooked food. Disgusting and not the first time.

  It's not this McDonald's it's all of them with this new check out proceedure does NOT. Speed anything up it slows it down absolutely no customer service in any locations

  After waiting in the drive threw for almost 20 mi with only 3 vehicles ahead of us and more than enough staff on to handle the so called "rush". I witnessed a person receive my order then return it ( I was at the window by this time). The customer returned it and I watched the bag get put on the counter, sat then was delivered to me. Once asking if that was returned the employee lied and said it was made fresh. Flat out lazy employees, bad customer service and liars. I personally will not be back. I will go across the street and get taco ell. They may skimp the meat on all tacos burritos bowls ext. Bit at least I know it's correct and hasn't already been delivered to someone else then given to the correct customer. SMH.
