  Wonderful dinner to include the greeters, Ava our server, and the young man who brought our main course. Ava was THE PERFECT server. Shout out to kitchen crew to include chefs, and dishwashers!!!!!thank you all for your hard work.

  Meghan was wonderful, very attentive and sweet…food was very good. My only complaint is that it was a little warm inside and the bathrooms need brighter lights but otherwise a great experience for my first time here. Give that girl a raise and a kudos.

  We've been regulars at Bonefish in Trinity for many years now with the most recent year and half being the best so far. Everything from the food and drinks to service is always wonderful. Our favorite server Megin is the best. She is always so welcoming and knows the menu in and out. She learned our favorites and has even gotten to know our kids. She's the perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness.

  We came in for my birthday and bonefish is always a great place to go , but tonight more than ever was the best we had Abby who was not only sweet funny but extremely attentive to our needs with my wife’s allergies and my pickiness her recommendations and patience and customer service was above and beyond, as a former radio and tv personality you are taught to have people skills and she has it all highly recommend to go to bonefish in Trinity and ask for Abby ! As we will every time we come back !

  Haven’t been here in a year because of our last experience. We ordered Bang Bang Shrimp and it was really good. It took over 20 minutes to get our meal after our Bang Bang was brought out. This was at 1:45 in the afternoon and there was only handful of people in the restaurant. We usually come for our anniversary every year and I get the Swordfish and Pumpkin Ravioli. My Swordfish and pumpkin Ravioli were really good but my broccoli was barely room temperature. My husband ordered his steak medium. It came well done. His fries were barely warm and his broccoli was hard and undercooked. The server had them cook him another steak. The manager came over and offered us a free dessert. I said No thank you. I don’t think we should have to pay for his steak. He then said he was going to offer to take it off the bill. We thanked him. I was already done with my Swordfish and Pumpkin Ravioli (couldn’t eat the broccoli) by the time he got his new steak. This steak was rare and they didn’t even bring him new fries. Manager offered to put it back on the grill but we were over it. The manager took the steak and even took our Bang Bang off the bill. He gave us a coupon for a free dessert as well. I thanked him but told him we probably won’t come back. Then he came back with a $25 gift card which was really nice. I just don’t understand how a cook/chef cannot cook a steak to order in a decent restaurant!! Also, who’s checking these orders as they are going out? And how do you replace part of the meal but expect someone to eat cold French fries that had been sitting while another steak was cooked? This used to be our favorite restaurant but the last few years has really gone downhill! Very sad! Where am I supposed to go on that address?? It’s just your bonefish website
