  I went a little after 9 and ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito after asking what it was supposed to have. After waiting 6 minutes for it to be made, I got a cold burrito with no meat wrapped sloppily. I pulled around and called in and they brought out another sloppily put together burrito this time with some bacon bits in it 😡

  Before having someone take an order, tell them to keep their frustrated sighs to themselves when someone orders anything other than water. I was told they were out of strawberry, but I heard someone order a drink with strawberry from another stall. Why have a job if you don't want to work?

  Stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat before grocery shopping & was not eager to return. Sonic is usually the last on our choice list because whenever we go we’re reminded why we don’t go. Today we waited almost 30 minutes. Paid $51 & some change. When we received the apple juice there was strawberry concentrate all over the bottom of it which stained our hands & we had to wrap in paper towels to give to our child so it wasn’t everywhere. They forgot our ranch w the kids meal. When we finally got to the speaker to order we were greeted immediately , when we got to the window we paid then waited an additional 3-4 minutes for the drinks then proceeded to wait another 3-4 for the food. The guy at the window wasn’t personable, didn’t apologize or anything. Wiped down the milkshakes but not the kids apple juice. Once we received our food another guy handed it to us & was the only one to apologize for the long wait. The milkshakes were super thick. I wish I got the guys name that apologized & gave us our food, because he put us in a better mood after how this visit went. The launch is supposed to happen today but this is how a normal day is without the volume increase.

  They tell you to hold on to order in the drive thru and then walk outside for a smoke break. 0 cars in front of me in the drive thru and took 15 minutes of waiting before I drove away. 5+ people ended up driving away as well. There was only 1 car in the drive up and I counted at least 4 employees. Ridiculous. Tuesday 3/31 5:00pm

  This is a hard review for me to write, and honestly it’s long overdue. I’ve had both good and bad experiences ordering delivery from this Sonic. Sometimes they absolutely knock it out of the park — the food is delicious and the order is perfect. Unfortunately, about half the time there’s at least one issue with the order. Things like forgetting the bacon on a burger that’s supposed to come with it (not an extra), fries arriving half empty and cold, or a burger that has the right ingredients but looks like the box was shaken before it was delivered. I’ve also received pretzels without the cheese sauce, or had items like pretzels missing entirely without a refund being issued. That said, I keep giving them another chance because when they get it right, it’s honestly one of the best fast food burgers you can get in my area. I just wish they were more consistent and took a little more care to make sure orders are accurate.
