  The employees working both drive thru windows just now at 10:55 pm are awesome, they were very polite and made me feel so happy to live here in this area around a restaurant with great service from the employees.

  Always check your order. I rarely get an order here (especially drive thru but even in store) without something being missing or made incorrectly. It's often fresh and hot and tasty and the crew is friendly but their ability to be accurate really is unfortunate.

  Absolutely the rudest McDonald's in Titusville. I love when they jam the food into my car and then slam the window shut.

  I'm a DoorDasher, and this location is relatively prompt with their order pick-ups which is good, but they mark orders "ready for pickup" before the food is prepared which interferes with Dasher pick-up times. I am politely asking they stop marking orders as "ready for pickup" when they are not ready yet, thank you.

  Maybe it's because I'm a manager at a McDonald's in a different state and I have different standards as a worker- but this was very disappointing. My family got breakfast food here, and all the food should have been wasted. VERY old. Scrambled eggs tasted like nothing and were the dark yellow that tells you to throw them away. Hotcakes were old as well and the sausage was over the hold time as well. Hashbrowns were pretty old too. Apart from the poor quality food, they gave us barely mixed smoothies, half an inch from the top of the cup- so more like 2/3rds of the amoothie we paid for. One we got was in a broken cup and had to come back to ask for a different one. The replacement smoothie was barely blended and i kept chewing ice instead. Though it might be a blender issue because the other smoothie we got was also very icy. Also the big breakfasts didnt come with the condiments it should- no breakfast bag, just the syrup and butter which i guess i should be grateful to have gotten at all. On a different note, it was fast and the crew who greeted us at present window was very nice and patient. When their shake machine was down they presented us with the correct option to replace the shaks with something else. Our food came out with good time(though that makes sense with the quality). Crew member was friendly and efficient.
