I actually called the Restaurant while we were still waiting and “Phil” answered the phone. I asked if anyone was working the drive through?? Phil stated that he was and he was running things by himself. Please get Phil some help. Two cars drove off because they got tired of waiting. This is by far the slowest Wendy’s that we have ever visited. Very disappointed. My English muffin wasn’t toasted and our pull apart Cinnabon was literally like a hard brick. Btw.. “Yes, Wendy's English Muffin sandwiches feature a toasted English muffin as part of their preparation, which is described as being warm and sometimes having a buttery spread on it. The toasted muffin is a key component of their Bacon, Egg & Cheese and Sausage, Egg & Cheese English Muffins.”
