  Waited for 25 minutes to get served. Never got served. 3 other people walked out when I did. Can't rate the food; never got served. Poor management structure. You lost about $70 in business when 4 customer's walk out.

  These are good burgers! The employees are respectful. I have not had any issues with my orders.

  I understand your machine being down but dont let me pay 8$ for a milkshake and then hand me a HALF FULL cup of melted ice cream and expect it to be ok. At least have the decency to fill it up all the way. Idk how to put a photo to a post but i have it and its tragic.

  My family decided to order out tonight and Wayback burgers was a terrible idea. My wife’s burger had the patty paper cooked into it. Paid extra for bacon, came with none. My daughter’s burger came with out the onion rings on it and my cheese steak only taste like grease there is so much on it. Tried to call the number and it just rings continuously with answer. Just ridiculous, great way to ruin a family night with bad food.
