  Me and my friend came through and both got separate meals I ended up getting a long blonde hair (we don’t have long blonde hair) in my meal and she received a short brown hair EMBEDDED in her food 🤮 We tried to call and nobody answered. This happened March 2nd 11:30pm. We are absolutely disgusted.

  I walked in the place was filthy! Every tabel was dirty. I waited over 25 mins for 1 meal. One worker was rude to all the customers for no reason.

  While seating is available Taco Bell is 90 + percent takeout. Have to enter your order via screen computer or wait until someone breaks off their other duties to take an order and ring it up.

  Went here the other weekend for lunch. Please get rid of the kiosk, it’s so not personable and the cashier stood back watching. And people take way more time ordering this way. Edit: gave another try this weekend. Saw multiple people return to the counter with messed up food. People requesting receipts from kiosks, but were told they were out of receipt paper. One woman in particular was being very rude with the customers. Poor people had to wait like 15 min while they remade their food. My food was ok.. messy wrappers.
