    Kevin has bad customer service i came inn and asked him how was his day while serving me he didn't answer i asked again and he had a Attitude im never coming back at this location and I love subway

    Who I am assuming is the owner works there alone. And when busy, he can be disrespectful. I work for DoorDash and when I simply asked how long my order would take, he very rudely stated “I am working on it now, the more you talk to me the longer it will take. You can take your phone out and time me to see how long.” Like sir that was very unnecessary. I work for a company where I have to be mindful of getting peoples orders on time. That was unacceptable behavior. Definitely worth mentioning there’s a subway on Garden Street that has a lot friendlier staff!

    Our sandwiches were good -made the way we ordered. I put my order in online because I needed to pick it up on my way to a softball game. It was supposed to be ready at 6:15. I arrived at around 6:15 and waited until 6:25 and my order was not even yet prepared. Unfortunately it looked like there was only one employee working. I had a chance to return approximately 20 min later and the order was ready then. I think it would be better service and would be safer if there were more employees on shift.
