By 9:19 my order had been “out of the oven” for 34 minutes. So I decided to call and ask for an update. The team made it very obvious that they just “forgot” to deliver my order. “Your delivery person will be leaving to take your order to you as soon as possible” said employee scott. In which 5 minutes later I recieved a notification that my food will be delivered by 9:26. Monitored the tracking, assuming as they FORGOT about my order they would deliver it ASAP… but no… the wait continued to grow. They did not deliver my food until 9:44 pm. Not only was my entitled order cold, and much less than enjoyable-they also forgot 4 sauces that I paid extra to get… they didn’t offer anything as an apology at all. Honestly they didn’t even seem to care. I wish there were more dominos in the area, because this one has really ruined the customer experience for me. I’m a very disappointed customer, who will probably not order from them for a while…
