We ordered take out tonight and it was PERFECTION! Everyone ordered something different and each person commented on the quality of their meal. This location (Titusville) is my favorite and we eat here often. The service is also top notch! I highly recommend this Chipotle location for its food and its staff! Bravo!

Typical Chipotle except for girl filling orders who had no patience. We were the only ones in line. She rude asked " What do you want"; when I said I needed a minute. She continue prompting to hurry me through the empty line, but her tone was beyond frustrated at me taking my time. This was the worst experience I've had getting food in person. I've had trouble processing since an accident; she needs to not be out from if she cannot understand all guests are not quick to order.

I’m writing this as a frustrated and disappointed supporter of a local youth soccer team that partnered with the Chipotle in Titusville for a team fundraiser last night. What was supposed to be a fun and positive event to help raise money for a group of hardworking 8-year-old kids turned into a lesson in corporate greed and shady business tactics.
Chipotle promised that a percentage of the sales from our event would go directly to the team — simple enough, right? Families showed up in huge numbers, friends and neighbors came out to support, and the restaurant was packed with people wearing team shirts and mentioning the fundraiser at checkout. Everyone did their part. The line was out the door. You could barely find a seat.
But when the dust settled, the “donation” Chipotle reported back was insultingly low — nowhere near what it should have been based on how many people came out and how much food was sold. Parents compared notes, receipts, and even estimated totals, and it’s painfully obvious that something doesn’t add up. Either someone miscounted, or worse, Chipotle found a convenient way to shave off part of the proceeds that were supposed to go to the kids.
These are 8-year-olds trying to raise money for uniforms, tournament fees, and equipment — not some giant organization trying to turn a profit. Chipotle markets itself as a “community-oriented” company, but what kind of community partner squeezes a children’s soccer team out of their rightful fundraising money?
If this is how Chipotle treats local groups who trust them with community fundraisers, people deserve to know. We’re not talking about a few dollars — we’re talking about kids being shortchanged after doing everything by the book. It’s shady, dishonest, and absolutely unacceptable.
I hope someone from Chipotle corporate actually looks into this and makes it right, because as of now, this whole experience feels like a scam dressed up as “community outreach.” Until then, I’ll be telling everyone I know to skip the Titusville Chipotle. If they can take advantage of 8-year-old kids, who won’t they take advantage of?
