  Placed an order online for pick up. They provided me with a 25 min pick up. Drove 20 mins to go get it, only for the girl in there to inform me that they don’t have the items in stock to make my sandwich. They should’ve called me if that was the case. Place doesn’t even have napkins available or bottled soda bottles that are part of the online orders. Ridiculous. Jersey Mikes is way better

  ZERO STARS. ZERO. DO NOT GO. Probably the worst sandwich I've ever seen made in my entire life. Came into this Subway 10:30 on Saturday November 22nd, ordering one ham and cheese toasted footlong with LTM, simple order. As soon as we walked in the girl behind the counter (early 50s, black hair, 90s style arm tattoos) rolled her eyes at two customers walking into the empty restaurant. No greeting, just standing with a dead stare until I started my order. Being a former subway employee and knowing the correct layering, seeing this employee throwing cheese directly into dry bread and toasting it, then putting cold lettuce atop hot ham was appalling. She practically threw the ingredients onto the bread, sloppily cut it in half and rang me up. CLEARLY I selected 0 tip. And it's a good thing I did because as soon as the register said approved, she took off her gloves, put on a jacket walked out into the dining area into a booth and started playing a phone game on full blast. I'm not joking this is probably the laziest worker I've ever seen in an establishment. I will not be back and I suggest an immediate retraining of that employee or termination. Blatant disregard of a workplace.

  The subs were awful. The tuna was old and the roast beef tasted like it was from a can. I tried placing my order online but their system got stuck when I hit send; the little sign just kept spinning. I tried to call the order in over the phone, but the woman who answered said she was with a customer and had nothing to write it down. So I drove in and there were no further problems except the food was terrible when I got back home. The little sign on my computer was still spinning.
