This location is extremely unsanitary and poorly managed. The staff appear unprofessional, and the overall condition of the store is concerning. The vegetables are consistently not fresh, and the food often looks soggy and unappetizing.
Given the area where this Subway is located, I would expect much higher standards and better quality service. This is my fourth attempt visiting over the past three years, and unfortunately, nothing has improved.
Corporate management needs to inspect this store before someone becomes ill. The food quality is unacceptable, and the staff seem careless in their preparation and handling.

I ordered on mobile today. The food was ready about when expected. I was the only customer in the store. My sandwich was delicious and prepared as I ordered. The one employee in the store was unfriendly and seemed unhappy to be there. Did not welcome me and did not thank me. I tried to be nice and perk him up, but no luck.

Why has it been for the past 2 weeks I cannot order anything off my app. It says you're out of EVERYTHING! Also have called several times and no one answers the phone. I honestly thought you were out of business. I called another store to ask, and she said they hear that a lot from this location in the Villages. Really disappointing that you WANT us to order on an app, but we can't. We call and no answer. Can you let me know what's going on here?

Place used to be great when ran by a different manager a year ago. Now every time I go it’s a disappointment. Always out of something, breads hit or miss. Service depends from each visit
