I really wanted Subway for lunch today and I am glad I chose this location on Mulberry lane in the villages. The staff was friendly, they made my sandwich exactly how I usually order it but they actually made it right. They weren’t out of any ingredients like other subways are. I spoke with the manager and told her how great everything was. I noticed the low rating on this location and I know you can’t make everyone happy but this is the best location in the area. I believe they are under new management and she is doing a great job. I appreciated the choice of music they were playing as well.

May I suggest Fallujah or some place a bit more dangerous than an air conditioned Subway shop. After a ten minute wait during which one customer was served. Sorry for the wait. Next I'm told no meatballs today, sorry. Change my order only to get told at check out that the order doesn't meet coupon requirements. Sorry. Sorry is the key word. Sorry service, sorry product, sorry price. Sorry Owner because this is a constant and on going problem. I should have walked out and let them throw the damn things away !
