    Hats off to Caylee B., today 2/13 during the opening of the Lake Sumter Mardi Gras Festival, she handle the packed parlor with grace & smile. When we pulled our number 25, she was serving #8- in a mear 25 minutes she served 17 orders- many multiple items. Thank you as well to the patrons who patiently waited to be served and acknowledged that she was handling the situation the best anyone could. Job well done. Nancy M.

    Classic beach front establishment with very polite staff. Pricing is a fraction higher than it should be and one more server would have reduced the wait times, but it wasn't too long considering the number of customers at the moment. Standard Haagen-Dazs quality and flavors. Sitting out back on the waterfront listening to the music from the restaurant on the corner just added to the experience.

    Pricey. They did remedy that by adding a mini-cup to their menu. $5.50. We were playing $7 a cup previously which was $30 for a family of 4. Ya cut me Mr Haagen. Customer service was okay. They hired high school kids, who don't know the importance. When i was growing up in the 80 90s people would send staff to some disney institute of customer training. Does that still exist? Disney has awful customer service! I dread going there. Management needs to increase Customer service training just a smidgen. The best I cream shops and creameries are in Oregon. Too bad their govt policies are atrocious making it impossible to live there. Anyways Haagen-Dazs's location is prime. After a meal at a nearby restaurant, take a stroll around the beautiful premises and get a sweat treat.

    If I could leave a zero star review I WOULD . I recently visited the Häagen-Dazs store and had a pretty disappointing experience, mainly because of the employee, Bree. From the moment I approached the counter, she seemed completely disinterested. She kept glancing down at her phone, like she was in the middle of texting someone, instead of focusing on taking my order. It felt incredibly rude and made me feel like my business wasn't valued. When I asked a question about the flavors, she gave a short, annoyed response without even looking up. It was clear she couldn't be bothered to offer any real customer service. I understand everyone gets distracted sometimes, but her behavior was consistently dismissive throughout the entire transaction. Honestly, the ice cream was fine, but the poor service from Bree really ruined the whole experience. I left feeling like I was inconveniencing her by being there. Häagen-Dazs needs to address this, because a bad employee can really turn customers away. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.
