Was one of the most disrespectful things I have seen out of an employee. She seems to be nice to her regulars she likes and crappy to others, I was very disappointed and going forward will come in with camera on so next time I can blast this all over the internet

I asked her for a Dunka latte and she looked at her machine and she looked at me and told me that she just cleaned the machine so she wasn’t gonna to make me a drink . If your store closes at 9 PM, why are you cleaning your machine since eight? You’re gonna have customers that are coming to come in and make orders.
