The staff is great and they make a great team, they work together and get things done. No laziness at this store! The African American woman, I believe she’s the manager, she is kind and efficient. Not sure why there’s bad ratings. This is literally the best one I’ve ever been to!!!

The last 4x I visited this location is been young people and they don't even know how to make the drinks properly. I order the same signature latte every time and these last 4x with the young people it has had no flavor just coffee and whipped cream. Get y'all's people trained properly.
