  Where to begin… on my way to work I ordered through the app, 2 sandwiches and 2 hash browns. When I arrived at the store 20 minutes later the employees were in a panic, with one employee saying “ oh my god, oh my god, oh my god” in response to the chaos. I walked over to the spot to pick up orders and there were at least 15 tickets sitting there not being addressed. I can’t wait who knows how long for my food so, never mind, just return my money. I understand this business. Been doing it my entire life. I understand bad days. But what really gets me? The refund process. I was told by the store employee that I needed to go through the app. (The app doesn’t offer this option) So called support. I talked to someone overseas who then informed me he would let the franchise owner know and that they should be reaching out to me in a few days. I told him that wasn’t good enough. Only after I stated I would be publicly vocal about all of this did he transfer me to the “high priority” call center. A very nice lady helped me get my refund within 5 minutes. “A one time courtesy” as she called it. Money they took instantly but can’t return for 3-5 business days. Took me 32 minutes on the phone for $15.15. So you’re low priority on your order, low priority by staff when they know they’re not performing, low priority when you call customer service for a refund but high priority when it might result in bad PR.

  Food was good but im giving 1 star becuase the lady attending me at front was really rude. And took my order incorrectly.

  Made me late for work stuck in a line with only three cars in the line. Messes up my coffee and always new employees who is running this place 🤬
