I have never been treated so poorly by a server. My husband and I came in today because we had a gift card and hadn’t eaten all day. From the moment our server, Trevor, introduced himself, the interaction felt uncomfortable. When we ordered truffle fries as an appetizer, he gave us a strange look and an unsure “okay,” then launched into an awkward story about truffle oil and popcorn and how much he paid for it. It was odd, but we brushed it off. The real issue happened during our meal. My husband and I were talking about an upcoming trip, and I briefly took my phone out to look up the name of the resort we were discussing. Our server stopped at our table and said, “Miss, could you please put your phone down. This gentleman is trying to take you out to a nice dinner, and it’s rude to have your phone out.” I was stunned. I explained I was simply looking up something relevant to our conversation. He muttered something unintelligible about tripping and walked away. It was completely inappropriate, patronizing, and unprofessional to interrupt our private conversation and scold me like a child—especially based on assumptions about my husband and our situation. I was so uncomfortable and upset that I had to step away from the table. This experience ruined what should have been a simple, enjoyable meal. I expect better treatment and basic respect from a restaurant at this level.

We had a better experience at steak n shake! When my husband asked to sit in a certain spot you would have thought we were taking the girl to jail! When we were seated the server came over he said can I get you bread and water Im very busy and it might be awhile. I've never been treated so rude! I've been in the service industry for 35+ years! I ordered a lemon drop martini and yep they brought me a blueberry martini 🤦‍♀️

Well just like other restaurants pricing significantly higher whilst the quality of the food drops significantly. Ordered fish and chips and got batter and fries. Had to search to find the haddock, which as a New Englander I recognized right away as Flounder or Potluck. Definitely NOT Haddock. And so little fish that I made a pile of batter searching for the fish. Wife had Caesar salad which was passable, but dressing tasted from a bottle. Red wine was $10 for what tasted like Josh. Dry Martini with generic Vodka was $15. Booze is getting prohibitively expensive. A great day to avoid DUI and save a fortune, just don't drink. Look, I get it prices have to go up. But while you are at it raise the quality. I would be happy to pay if my food is delicious and satisfying.

We have enjoyed Bonefish Grill for many years. Traditionally, the food is very good, with excellent quality and a consistently enjoyable atmosphere. We often choose to have dinner in the bar or lounge area, which we especially enjoy. The bar staff is typically very good and attentive. On occasion, service can be slow or inconsistent, largely depending on the individual server, but overall our experiences have been positive. Our main concerns are with pricing and menu variety. Entrée prices seem high and continue to increase beyond what feels expected. The menu could benefit from more choices or periodic updates, as steak options are limited and priced high for the selection offered. Additionally, vegetable and side options are somewhat limited. Overall, we still recommend Bonefish Grill for its quality food, inviting atmosphere, and enjoyable bar experience, especially for a relaxed dinner or evening out.

Bonefish Grill was an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was absolutely 5 stars it was elegant, rich, and very inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. The service was also 5 stars, and the food was outstanding. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. A special shoutout to our server, Crystal Walker, who truly elevated our visit. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire meal. She also recommended dishes that were really good, and her suggestions were spot on. Her menu knowledge and warm personality made us feel very welcomed. Overall, Bonefish Grill exceeded expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!
