  WINTER THERE FOR VALENTINES DAY AND ITS WAS GREAT. OUR RESERVATION WAS AT 5 PM AND WE GOT OUR TABLE WITHOUT DELAY. FOOD AND SERVICE BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. THANKS TO MICHELLE FOR HER SERIVCE.

  The food choices are really great and I really enjoyed the food. I just feel it's a little bit pricey. That's the only reason I went with four stars. The atmosphere is generally good it's just a little loud.

  I thought the food was very basic tasting. My lobster stuffed shrimp was like a frozen entree. Dads shrimp & scallops waa ok. Moms sea bass was very good. The bang bang shrimp was not very banging. The best part was the bread dipping sauce and our excellent waitress.

  OK bonefish she dropped the ball this time starting off with the waiter Trevor. He was quite interesting. I asked him three times about the ahi salad. And he was like well. It’s already premade and you can’t have sauce on the side and you can’t modify I said OK I then proceeded to order the soup and salad off the lunch menu and before it could even finish, she says what it’s not included. I said well I know that I’m hungry. My mom has just gotten out of the hospital and she has cancer so I cannot really cook in the house because it makes So I was looking forward to a really good meal and it was a splurge because money is tight right now I ordered the crab soup which tasted canned and what I thought was cheese was crab who knew. I also made a mistake of calling at a she Crab soup because we’re friends that’s what we have. We have sea crab soup we have crab bisque. And he was like no you keep calling her that it’s not she crab. I’m like OK so I was trying to find the crab in Are you looking for unlike the crab and he was like well it’s right there and I’m like OK so I asked for the tomato soup to try and it tasted like Campbell’s with a little bit of cream in it. My ahi Salad? Was a little bit too overwhelming with the onion and the heavy. Cream dressing on the fresh fish or was it fresh I don’t know I all could taste was crispy onion. But the rice, the warm rice saved the salad. The shaved Brussels sprouts salad also had a ton of those crispy onions on top and I couldn’t even eat the soup or the brussels sprout salad at that point. In fact when I got home, I got sick from all the heavy cream on top of the salad. With the heavy cream that I Soup, even though I only had two small bites to taste. I’m not one to complain about food, but when I come to bonefish, I expect certain standards and this was not it. I’ve never had to send back food at bonefish before. Trevor needs some retraining he never came back for refills he was offish and weird and I was uncomfortable I had to go to the hostess to talk to him about taking off the soup and salad which he did I’m sad because my daughter who coming from Georgia to visit her grandma has want to try Bonefish and I don’t recommend it to her at all Please train and watch your staff properly even when it’s busy Also crispy onions and cream on everything does not go

  Way, way too crowded and for what reason? Food at the 466 location has become an experiment with serving bland, undersized, underwhelming plates of assisted-living non-seasoned dishes where nothing says "this, this is what I came for". Too bad, because other Bonefish locations are not this way. Save time, money, and your expectations and go anywhere else, unless you want an extremely busy bar, an exceptionally long wait time, and enjoy hearing people complain about..well, all of it, while finally being served a dish of blandness at a price that makes you write this type of ridiculously long post about the same. I hope this saves someone.
