  This is the slowest fast food/ coffee place I ever been to and sad part is they was even busy waited 22 mins just for drive thru to move the first car then an other 26 mins for the next person I was the 3 rd in line and they still wasn’t moving I walk with my car still in drive thru to see what is taking so long n I have no idea still because they where more staff than McDonald’s were but anyway went inside waited an other 18 mins just to have my order taken that is crazy then they end up getting my coffee wrong and food bc they handed it to pick up orders so I just got my money back n went to McDonalds and they was 10 times a more busy and only 3 people working and that had that line moving so fast it only took me 8 mins to order pay and get my food McDonalds was on it and it was $15 cheaper

  Attempted to go here at 7 on a Friday morning and sat in the drive through line for over 10 mins with no sign of movement until thankfully the 2 cars behind us got out of line and left and then we could do the same. They obviously are not staffed appropriately for the morning rush.

  Got a large drink barely 3/4 full. Rip off. So much turn over, went from a well run store to the pits. Stay away, go elsewhere.

  They will always pull you forward like if they are fast but they are slow then slow but once you move forward for the time don’t go up as she says n act like if they already survive you but you will be waiting for an extra 5-10 minutes for your order and will still get your order wrong even when you go inside they will not even take the orders in the front until this older lady walks in and say you guys have to take orders in the front too but the younger lady will get an attitude for taking your order. This place is the closest to where I need to go but I hate going to this location because how slow they are and always gets the order mixed up or they won’t take ur order inside unless that older lady says something n for driver through you will be wait about 10-15 mins just put in your order
