  I visited this Dunkin’ location yesterday and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. They barely had any donuts available, which was surprising for a place known for its variety and quick service breakfast options. The crispy sweet pepper bacon was also not crispy at all, which added to the overall letdown. On top of that, the customer service felt very bland. There was no communication, no explanation about the limited selection, and no effort to make the experience feel welcoming or informed. As a customer, service and attitude matter just as much as the food. It was disheartening to walk into a place where it felt like the staff didn’t really care or want to engage. Even simple things like letting customers know more items were coming out would have made a difference. The tables also were not clean, which is concerning for a food establishment. Cleanliness and presentation reflect directly on management and overall standards. Sadly, this location did not meet expectations in multiple areas, which surprised me being I was in a more upscale side of town.

  Paid $8 for a latte. Ordered it mobile pick up as ASAP (5 minute drive to store). When i got my drink there was a literal drop of cold foam on the top. I said "oh it was supposed to have cold foam" the 40ish male worker told me "it melted" . I decided to go in and ask them to remake it. The lady was irritated and said "whats wrong with it". I explained again. She then said "yeah i can add cold foam". She POURED OUT PART OF THE DRINK and added cold foam. Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful service. Seems to happen more frequently than not at this location. Later when i got home to eat my sandwich the sourdough bread was literally just that. Not tosted as requested. $15 wasted - THIS time. Drive the extra time to the surrounding locations in the villages. One located by costco has GREAT service.

  Very dissatisfied with our order, one of our coffees was half full and did not have additives we asked for put in, four little hashbrowns in bag with two being crushed, and breakfast sandwich was pathetic.

  Ordered one hot coffee on the app and it was TOALLY wrong- store was not busy- No line in drive-thru- made me pull around to front of store to wait for it to be brought out!?!- I was too far away from store to turn around and go back do a remake- I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DD.

  I ordered 50 munchkins. A variety of glazed, blueberry and powdered. Donuts were old. Powdered donuts were the worst, like little rocks. Glazed donuts had a savory taste? Like something contaminated them somehow. Did have a good frozen chocolate though.
