I was hungry and didn’t want to wait for the correct pizza or have a side dish of black olives, which were the two options I was given, so I very politely told the server I would eat it anyway although it wasn’t what I ordered. I found it a bit disappointing that nothing was done to remedy the mistake, like at the very least take my beer off the tab although proper etiquette would be to leave the pizza and make me what I ordered. Obviously a pretty big breakdown in training. It’s the kind of thing that will make me think twice before I return or recommend Rikos.
