I thought the guy at the counter was overall pretty friendly. Took my order with no problem. I used the restroom, which was gross. Then I started looking around the floor was filthy. The tables were filthy. The chairs were not tucked back in. There is certainly an issue with Management. That cleanliness of the store is not taken to a higher priority. Did not call to inform us of the issue and the number they have listed for the store does not work. Even tried calling the 800 number the night before to confirm the order but was placed on hold for over 20 minutes before giving up and hoping everything would go smoothly.
