This is not the first time I have had rude service at this location Either it's a management training issue or they just hire rude people with no customer service values.

I thought the guy at the counter was overall pretty friendly. Took my order with no problem. I used the restroom, which was gross. Then I started looking around the floor was filthy. The tables were filthy. The chairs were not tucked back in. There is certainly an issue with Management. That cleanliness of the store is not taken to a higher priority.
