Jamal was the waitress that assisted us and when I say he was the best, he was. His service and professionalism was the best I have had at the outback and I go to that location very frequently. Thank you Jamal you for outstanding service

Pretty mid especially for over 100 dollars for 3 people with no alcohol and only 1 steak entree(very gristly NY strip). Place was half empty on a Saturday night at 6pm. I can understand why after eating here and paying that bill

What an absolute letdown I have been eating at this location for over 20 years. I bring my 8 pound service dog which sits on my lap and have never had an issue until today when Kat the proprietor told us that the animal had to be on the ground, stating that it was Florida law, however looking at ChatGPT and other resources according to the ADA the animal does not have to be on the ground. She clearly just doesn’t like animals what a shame again I’ve been a Dine Rewards member for decades a Bloomin Brands shareholder and all of that changes with this inept proprietor, making up rules as she sees fit. We were literally here yesterday with the animal as we are every day on our lunch break make it make sense.

Came here like a week or 2 ago. Unfortunately, I’ve forgotten the waitress’s name, but she was outstanding. Tall, heavyset, white girl (respectfully). We were immediately turned off because the floors were absolutely disgusting. The place wasn’t busy at all. There were about 8 occupied tables, so the place should’ve been clean. It’s a restaurant after all, guys. Eventually, we switched seats because it really was an eyesore. The food itself was pretty good. No complaints there. We made it shortly before closing, but they didn’t rush us. That little garlic butter that comes alongside the steak and shrimp was really good! I used it on the broccoli too. I would come back here again if the place was clean

I always order online and pick up now. I’ve been eating at outback for 20 years now recently moved to the Tampa area here in Temple Terrace and this is the third time I’ve went to this particular outback and I’ve gotten bad cuts of meat that had more gristle in it than it did meat I called and they wanted to offer me a Replacement meal, but I was already at work because I picked this up on the way to work.. So basically, I got nothing in return.. No discount on my next meal or anything so after 20 something years of eating every week and an outback I think I’m gonna find another restaurant unless the management reading this can take care of the problem. I No discount on my next meal or anything so after 20 something years of eating every week and a outback I think I’m gonna find another restaurant unless the management reading this can take care of the problem I had because I spend money all the time and all you should’ve done was gave me a discount on my next visit..Eric Hays Tampa Florida
