  waited 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker to pick up my order and no one came, so i drove up to the pay window and the guy standing there turned around and walked away. this is not the first time i’ve had an experience with the staff like this at around 5am

  Being miserable must be a requirement to work at this location. I always go out of my way to say thank you 2 or 3 times while I’m there and every single person just stares at you, hands over the food and closes the window. My son goes on his own and will come back home and complain about the same thing. That’s why they will work at McDonalds for the rest of their lives. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  They tend to screw up orders and when they do, it is never in your favor. I had an order with two meals, one large and one medium. Also had 20pc chicken nuggets (usually comenin two containers of 10 each). Drove home to find two medium fries instead of one large and one medium and they were cold. Also got 2 pack of 6 piece chicken nuggets instead of 20 total. One of my drinks was also wrong. Go Dr. Pepper instead of diet coke even though the lid had the diet tab pressed in. Seriously not worth driving all the way back for a refund. That is also probably what they count on.
