We had to order at the front and not the kiosk because we had cash. She completely ignored us. We stood there for 10 minutes and I finally asked if it was ok to order here. One of the employees said yes. But then walked off. Still being ignored by the manager. She finally comes over 5 minutes later and takes our order. She was rude the entire time to us and the employees that was under her. And rude to the other customers because they needed sauce and that annoyed her. While we were ordering our food , she walked off TWO different times. After we ordered, we waited another 20 minutes and half the food was missing, no sauce, no napkins. Very disappointed with the service. We will tell everyone NOT to come here again.
