They remade the order and I drove back to the office. Well guess what, it was the wrong sandwich AGAIN. I drove back to the store and asked for a refund. When I did, all the employees started yelling at each other! I gave up and left with no refund and no food. Never going to this location again!

- GGGillian GutierrezOct 1, 20251.0Literally just went and not only was the drive thru an AI but the actual worker cancelled my food bc they were out of chicken tenders without even telling us they didn't have any and refused to let us order anything at the window so we literally pulled up to only get half our order and nothing was done to fix it so i guess they just expected me to go hungry? If the AI alone wasn't enough to stop me from coming back the workers definitely solidified that decision. Never coming back to this location any of the restaurants around this one are way better with ACTUAL customer service.
