  I just wanted to compliment Raquel. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. She has upbeat energy which makes me want to keep coming back just to see her. No matter how busy the store may be or how difficult the customers may be, she remains calm, humble and deals with the issues in a calm professional manner. She really is a superstar. And, as a business owner I would love to have employees just like her. If she had her own store, I can promise you it would succeed. Thank you for all you do

  Go here if you want to be treated less than human. Waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee, was ignored the entire time. Cars behind me were getting iced coffees and driving around me. Humiliated and ignored and never even got my coffee. Been coming here at least once a week for 3 years. Doubt ill come back.

  Second time taking my kid to McDonalds (3yr old). She took one bit of tenders, nuggets, sandwich and wouldn't eat anymore. The employees were fighting or in a heated argument. Several ran into the parking lot and others were standing watching. Had three staff look through us while trying to order. Bread was kind of stale and soda tasted like water. Kid wouldn't eat it which is pretty crazy because she eats everything. Overall, not a great experience.

  Just wanted to compliment the McDonald's here for being one of the finest McDonald's I have visited in the Tampa Bay area since moving back here. Trish the manager here was awesome. You notice her at the counter personally assisting customers with a beautiful smile. She was also the person who brought my breakfast order to my table. Very friendly and great attitude and personality. Huge asset for the company. The food was great and cooked to perfection. The hash browns were as good as the fries and the biscuits were just like Mom use to make them growing up. Fluffy and soft and almost crumbling. The store was very clean and the bathroom was very clean. All and all if I was grading the place I would give it a perfect score. Not the first time

  If I could give this location a rating of 0.5 I would! This location is the worst location in temple terrace. The customer service is trash. That will have you sitting at the drive thru window for 5+ minutes without saying nothing. The coffee is always cold in the morning hours. The people working there in the morning hours are bad. They look miserable and lack quality customer service. If I was the franchise owner or corporate manager the I’ll have everyone fired and start over with the hiring process. This isn’t the first experience either. I’ve had issues many times but this is my first time writing a review expressing my frustration with this location. Between the bad customer service and 50/50 chance your food will come out bad or good is ridiculous being that prices are much higher than prior years. I highly suggest to avoid this location during morning hours at least. I’ll have to write a separate post for the afternoon to evening times. The location is bad overall. It’s such a shame the place is recently renovated but the workers may the location bad. Please look into this matter.
