  I had such a great experience at this McDonald’s today. Benoit was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me with the kiosk. He didn’t rush me, explained everything with patience, and made the whole ordering process so much easier. His attitude was so warm and friendly that it truly stood out. A moment later, I accidentally dropped my tray right in an area where a team member was in the middle of cleaning the garbage can. I felt awful and immediately offered to clean it up myself, but she refused and was so kind about it. I wish I had gotten her name, because her kindness really stayed with me — I’m still thinking about how sweet she was. Both Benoit and that wonderful team member made my visit special. Their kindness and professionalism deserve to be recognized, and I hope management knows what amazing employees they have.

  The workers all seemed miserable. I tried my hardest to get them to smile or be kind but they didn't even acknowledge me. Order was all messed up and we almost threw up from there being like 20 splendas in our coffees. Our coffee and tea was undrinkable due to so much splenda, asked for two packets and I swear it was 20. Fried were old and too much salt, burger was so old it was getting hard. Why cant these McDonald's just do a good job. It seems like all the McDonald's near big cities are horrible. No accountability.

  i’ve been to this location an embarrassing (bc it’s so unhealthy) amount of times and the staff is always so kind and fun. raquel specifically is a gem and i wish i could remember other names to shout out because everyone is so nice.

  This is absolutely the worst McDonald's ever and I've been there some really bad ones but this one makes you wait forever for your food I mean you have better luck going to a restaurant like Chili's or Longhorn and getting your food faster. Makes no sense

  Tell me why the guy at the window told me not come back around the drive thru and scream when he handed me the bag. he stated that my sandwich was just in different packaging. No big deal right, it’s just packaging. It was a burger not chicken. No sauce in the bag on 2 separate occasions… Even if it’s a charge, I should still be getting what I paid for. Just give me the refund for my order instead of lying to me that my order was correct. Food was hot.
