  They had to make my ice cream twice I ordered a banana boat I even paid the up charge I get All the way home there’s no bananas in the banana spit what a waste of money

  We went through the drive-thru. Thought I’d treat the family to ice cream cones, but Chick Fil A was closed already. Pull around to the window, and they’re grabbing the top, uncovered parts of the cones with their bare hands. Handling money, wiping and touching who knows that. I could already sense a bad attitude, so didn’t bother complaining, because it felt like there would be some retaliation. So as we were driving off, I told the kids not to lick/eat any part of the cone. Zero hygiene. Won’t be back. And any customer reps at this location, don’t bother writing an apology to this. It’s clear from the numerous other negative reviews that you do nothing whatsoever to educate your employees, or expect high standards.

  Stopped to get some ice cream with my kids. Pulled up to a drive through we were looking and the menu and pulled forward when we were ready. I opened my window and proceeded to order and a girl snapped at me and me saying “I said hold please” with the nastiest attitude. I asked the guy at the window and he said her name was MS Toya! She’s a manager at that. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Dairy Queen (10830 N 56th St, Temple Terrace, FL). A Muslim family recently visited and experienced outright disrespect and discriminatory behavior from a staff member. Instead of being treated with basic courtesy, they were insulted and denied proper service. This is unacceptable and goes against both professional standards and human decency. No customer—regardless of faith, background, or appearance—should ever face discrimination when simply trying to enjoy ice cream with their family. Incidents like this create an unwelcoming and hostile environment for the entire community. Management needs to take this issue seriously and investigate the staff member involved. Immediate corrective action is necessary to ensure this type of ignorant and discriminatory behavior never happens again at this location. I encourage corporate Dairy Queen to step in and make sure their employees are properly trained in respect, inclusivity, and customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this store to anyone in the community.

  I do my best to give everyone a 5-star review and find something good to say. But DQ has been a very disappointing experience. I decided to go with my dad and we got the Superman blizzard and the Mocha Milkshake. Blizzard was way too sweet, did not taste anywhere near good. Would've gone with my 3 month old ice cream in the freezer and that would've had better flavor than whatever I ate. Mocha milkshake tasted like tap water mixed with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Service was so disrespectful: the people working there would definitely want to do anything else than work at DQ. I know working any job in the fast food industry sucks, but at the very least have a little bit of respect.
