I wouldn't go as far as to say "rude", but both managers gave blank expressionless responses to my mentioning how there were no forks, knives, napkins, ice, or tea. Have off the vibe as I was doing too much to even ask. Also it took probably 10 minutes for everything to actually get stocked after asking. Crappy food, and crappy service, which says a lot considering I never expect a lot from Chipotle in the first place.

The lady behind the counter looked at me like she didn't know what a taco was. So I motioned with my hand and said Taco. She pulled out the burrito tortilla which was huge. I said that's too big... But I gave up thinking guess it'll be one huge taco. I got to the end and they said burrito. I said no Taco. But the lady didn't know what a taco was. They charged me $12 for a burrito. My friend ordered a taco as well... And also ended up with a burrito? The taste was okay. Nothing to write home about. The atmosphere was very fast and it did not feel inviting. That will be our last time at Chipotle.
