  Take out staff was rude and extremely Unhelpful! I arrived to pick up my order and even though my app said that my order was ready for pickup, my order was not at the pick up center. There were several people waiting on their order, one person ahead of me was told that someone else must have picked up their order, so when I asked if they had picked up my order as well because my order was not at the pick up center, she just ignored me, another customer informed her that I needed assistance and she rudely ask what my name was and then asked if I was at the correct location that she didn’t have any order with my name, after I gave her my name and spelled it for the third time, she said I just put it out. When I picked up the bag she had just placed on the top shelf it almost spilled out as the bottom of the bag was soaked through and a big hole in the bottom.

  The place is disgusting the countertops are always filled with food. The staff is very young and unprofessional. The health inspector should visit this location, I'm sure there would be dozens of health violations. 🤮

  Had chipotle on Tuesday ended up in the ER Wednesday morning with food poisoning. I thought I was going to die. No joke. Not the first reported incident of getting sick. Not sure what there doing differently but NEVER AGAIN! I use to love chipotle now I’m petrified.

  Don't even bother coming here after 10-10:30pm. They literally stop cooking and start throwing food away. No chicken, No beef, no steak, no white rice, only Barbados. The older ma'am in the back was rushing to start cleaning. I regret coming here. Just close the place at 10 and clean afterwards.

  This is not the place to order online and pick up your food. I recommend you go in and have them make it in front of you. Now, I don’t know if everyone was just tired last night and so they didn’t care how they prepared the food, but even after going back and showing the people at the register how the food was prepared and that there was barely any food in the bowl. They really refused to change or accommodate anything. It was poor service to be sure! With that being said, if you still plan on using this location be sure to make sure it’s a walk in. I absolutely know they would’ve never did what they did if we were standing there. Better yet, there’s one further up the road that I plan on trying moving forward. I won’t go back here anymore. (I was looking to upload pictures. But it looks like I’m unable to) Smart move on their part. You guys be safe out here!
