  Breana get it together or get new job no toppings at all on my order is crazy lazy and then to add bacon and fries is wild. I did not want that smh waste of money..never ordering from here again

  I called to check whether my order went through and, if not, to place an order by phone because the website kept showing an error in the basket every time I hit place order. The girl on the phone today, Saturday, around 6:30 p.m., stated that the order did not go through and that she could not take it by phone. When I asked to speak with a manager, she stated no managers were available. I am so hungry that I wanted to place my order ahead of time so I could pick it up on my way home. I am very picky about where I eat wings; however, after this experience, this place is now off of the list. It does not make sense that customers are punished due to your faulty website. I do not know how this place has over four stars. I wish I could give negative stars for their inflexibility and lack of understanding of a problem their company (website) created. SMH! Never again!
