- TLT. Lex2 days ago1.0I called to check whether my order went through and, if not, to place an order by phone because the website kept showing an error in the basket every time I hit place order. The girl on the phone today, Saturday, around 6:30 p.m., stated that the order did not go through and that she could not take it by phone. When I asked to speak with a manager, she stated no managers were available. I am so hungry that I wanted to place my order ahead of time so I could pick it up on my way home. I am very picky about where I eat wings; however, after this experience, this place is now off of the list. It does not make sense that customers are punished due to your faulty website. I do not know how this place has over four stars. I wish I could give negative stars for their inflexibility and lack of understanding of a problem their company (website) created. SMH! Never again!

A small mistake was made this order, and when addressed it was not only taken care of but this might be the best Philly I’ve had in Florida. Very tasty, food was hot and fresh. 10/10 for customer service and quality, glad I live so close.
