Feel like I had to ask for everything. The $10 take home deal is pretty cool, though the location of the sign did not make me feel like they wanted to sell it to me. Atmosphere was okay, though the lack of diversity in the staff did not make me feel the most comfortable or welcome.

- BNBenjamin NavarroNov 2, 20255.0I went to Carrabba’s with my girlfriend and friend right after Busch gardens and I have got to tell you the food was absolutely amazing and the service was even better our server Natalie was amazing she was so good with service that I wouldn’t even be able to find words to describe how it went, her hospitality was amazing, her vibes were amazing,I don’t think I’ve ever felt more at home while eating out at a restaurant than I did today. My girlfriend has an allergy with milk and she took every precaution possible and checked everything to make sure my girlfriend could have it and enjoy her food. i would hope that whoever eats at this restaurant in the future request Natalie as her server because you will feel as if you’ve been friends for the past few years

She was extremely attentive from the start and was so incredibly kind to understand my allergy. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience with my allergy was just as good as any other persons. She gladly took her time to make sure I got something not only that was edible but something I enjoyed thoroughly! She was visiting our table at what seemed to be the perfect times and we never had to ask for anything! It was the perfect decompression to a stressful week. There was no rush to our meal whatsoever and was so happy to get us boxes before we could even ask for them at just the right time. Natalie pays attention to every detail and has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time-She’s an asset to your team! If we ever come back we will definitely be asking for her:)
